Hi
Need some advise from you out there who have experience with dating sites.
I’m thinking like this: You have paid members and not paid members – as fare as I understand the not paid members can not contact anybody or respond to contacts from other members. What is then the sense of being a non paid member? They will probably say in their essay that they can not respond and try to hide an email address there. But otherwise I can only see the sense that you can look at other members and maybe want to pay lather.
Let’s say you have a site in your country and charge f.exs. $10 a month for membership. As I see it now it is only one kind of membership. If lets say girls from other countries like asia, east Europe or Africa with not the same possibilities to pay $10 wants to get in contact with men on this site – they have to be members to use it and it is not possible to charge them – even if it was $1. The only possibility is then to set them up free in admin. And is maybe not fare to they other members.
Can someone who runs a site say little about his/hers experience regarding membership and payments?
