Hi,
I've posted a question last week and send a mail but haven't got any answer yet and my posting is disapeared?
Here the questions are again.
1. Chat mod/admin:
In a chat you need moderators and administrators to keep a good tone in the chats. How do you upgrade a member to moderator and how do you create an administrator in the backend?
2. Chat, ban:
How do you create different kind of bans. You need at least 2 kinds, one that simply kicks the user of the chat and one that bans the user permanent from chatting. But something inbetween would be nice. Like 15 minutes bans. In your backend it looks like you can only have one type of ban.
3. Chat, log:
Where can you access the log of the chat. In case of police involvement there should be a log of postings and which IPnumber that has posted.
4. Chat, invisible:
The Admin user should be able to follow the chat invisible at will. This makes it easier to catch a chatter in doing something "illegal" if there has been complaints.
5. Member profiles:
Is it possible to allow non-members to make a member search and see a list of results but not be able to see profiles and pictures unless he or she joins as a member.
6. Member areas:
I would like for non-members to be able to join the chat but that some of the chatrooms are for members only.
7. Disclaimer:
I would like to have a "I am at least 15 years" function before entering the site.
8. Graphic design:
You charge $100 for changes in design. As I would like a more Nordic design to the site I would like to use that option. How big changes can I make? Can you make a nice coverpicture in addition to changing the generel look and color scheme?
Please tell me which of these options already exists and if not, how much they would cost.

Dear sir. At the moment our sytem doesn't have any moderators. There is only a bad words filter which will cut all the words which are in its database.

Dear sir. At the moment there is only one ban, in hours.

Chat doesn't make any logs at the moment sir.

We don't have a invisible mode yet. If you wish all that can be implemented by our programmers or you can hire any third party programmer, the software is open source.

Sure sir! It is already implemented. Anybody can make a search even if he isn't a member.

Sir. At the moment the non-members can't use any other feature of the site except of making a search and looking at the profiles. If you wish, you can make some modifications and get that feature.

It is already implemented sir. From the admin cp you can set the minimum age for the registration.

Dear sir. The design will be created according your wishes and ideas. You will be able to tell the designer what to do and how to do. Give him ideas, scratches, wishes you have. He will create a design you like.
As for the modifications done by our programmers. They cost from 50 to 200 USD per a single modification, new feature. The exact cost is being decided by a programmer after the purchase of the software.
