Could you please give example on how to create a free account where they are able to chat, currently free members don't have the ability to use flashchat.
How bout Steps for setting this up.

Hi!
Please, enter your admin cp, then go to Payments->Payment plans->Access to areas. There, the features which are unchecked under all three membership types will be free for all.
