my client asked me to create a new website for matchmaking/dating but
with some particolar features.
I attached a pdf file with the project needs, I hope to find a software
that could be fit them with not much code changing.
Please send me you consideration on what can be done or not with your
software, the price (no need of hosting and an one time payment for
licence, no montly fees) for your software and, if you give it, the cost
for the personalization (I could do them but if you give it as service ...
why not leave it to someone that know his product).

DOGS Wedding agency project
We?re creating a new website as a wedding agency for Dogs (or a matchmaking).
We?ld like to know if could be possible to use/adapt your software for our needs; we have an
php programmer and a webdesigner so we could do the code personalization if you think that
could be done (and if you could give us some suggestion) but the important thing is that we
have not much time until must be online so we MUST be sure that we don?t need to rewrite
the 50% of the software.
Our needs are:
- User registration after payment using paypal or bank transfer (in this case account
activation manually by administrator). Supports recurring billing from paypal.
- After user have been registered he can submit his dog profile with photos and maybe
videos
- The main thing is the dog races because we want that after registration an user can see
the profiles of other dogs (different sex) that exactly match the races of his dog.
For example an user create an account for his Male pitbull, he must can search and
see only the profiles of female pitbull and not other males or boxer woman (I hope to
be understandable, sorry for my English).
- In the dog profile we don?t want any contact information because if an user want to
contact another user it must write to us and after pay an additional fee he?ll have the
contact information (this should be nice if made using the website but if difficult
could be done offline by email from the administrator).
The very important thing is that the classical mail link in the profile must don?t be
send to the users but be sent to us with some information for understand who want
contact who (maybe username xxxx want to contact yyyy and after we send the
contact informations).
- The user must can attach an .zip file to the profile that will not be shown to other
users but only to us (dogs certificates as pdf or word or generic zip file).
- We must have some additional fields in the profiles that only us can write/change for
make in evidence thing like ?The best profile? ?verified profile? and other things.
- We need an matchmaking by email function that automatically send 1 time at week
the matching profiles (by races and sex) to the users.
- All the website must be template driven for easy graphics update
- News management system
That are the minimum things we need, we don?t want chat, IM, forums, webcam, etc etc, we
only need it could be easy to use for administrator and for the clients (the features not needed
could be simply hided to end user, not need to be deleted from the software).
We hope that are not big customization to be done to your software and we obviously don?t
want it for free or have a ready software will all our needs, but we need to know if your
software can be arranged so befor to buy it.
