How do you make changes to site navigation in news?

I figured it out. When you go into info and news and post a new topic if you give it a category it will bring up a page with a hyperlink that you have to click to get to the text. I was able to delete the categories and repost the topics and copy and they come up fine. So I don't need a reply.
