Hi,
in the admin backend you can define thes size at.
Options -> Site Options -> At the bottom of this side
Maximum size of one photo:
Maximum size of one video:
Maximum size of one audio:
If you want handle files larger than 2 MB you must config your Server to accept , uploading files larger 2 MB. I mean it is a value in php.ini
