When any user clicks on "forum" the forum admin panel is displayed and they have access to all the admin functions.
1) Where do I set user permissions? For moderator, administrator and regular user?
2) Where do I set what the user sees when they click on "forum"?

the reason it shows u the admin panel when ever u click on the forum,is u r in admin panel at same time so u have to log out from main admin.
it happend with me also untill i found out it is from main admin panel, soo no worries it only shows to u the admin panel
