I built the list of forums but I (or users) cant see the list online. I see the forum administration menu.

Hi,
if you logged in, in the Admin Control Panel, you see the Admin view if you enter the forum.
Try follow ...
Logoff from Admin Control Panel.
Now login on your Page (not in the Admin Control Panel !!!!)
If you select now the forum button, you should see the forum, how other users.
