What are the requirements to be able to run Abldating on a local computer for testing purposes ? Thank you

I use for this under windows xp "wamp" there you have anything you need. Apache server and mysql with mysqladmin.
The install is very easy.
you can get wamp here http://www.wampserver.com/en/download.php
You need a license Key for abledating too. The key( for use at localhost ) you can get for free if you open a ticket in helpserve.

Thanks for the reply.... the thing is I do already have mysql , php ... installed... but I am getting odd thing tring to get into the index page... like chtml block not found.... and when trying to access the admin i am told zend encoder is not installed but it is installed....
