Hello...I have purchased the software but still unable to install it. I am not very good in the technical aspect. I have submitted my ticket (ZUK-611068) on 20 Jun 2008 02:30 AM, to ask for the installation service. How long normally for us to wait the installation process? Anybody can share your experienced here. I really hope be able to use my software soon. Thank you...

Hello Gary....thank you for reply my ticket. I will find the new hosting company which can support the software specification. Once I found the better hosting service, I will inform you through the support ticket soon. Currently we have subscribe reseller hosting from HostDepartment.com since last 30 months, but this year 2008, the hosting service getting worst. Now we have plan to move out fast. If you have any good reseller hosting company, your recommendation is appreciated too. Thank you for respond. See you back soon.
