Does anyone have some tips or solution to my automail problem?? I am unable to get any email out. According to my host, its a software issue. When I get new members, they never receive their welcome messages or their match mail alerts. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Why these step ?

I had read, able-dating cant see in the forum if you had bought the soft or if you get the soft on mysterious ways. Wink

Thanks for the info Ingo10. You are absolutely right and I have been there.
I have put in many tickets about this subject. The last reply I got asked me for my hosting ftp info which I gave them.

My hosting support said its the software script thats incomplete. Able support asked me to ask my hosting administrator why php mail() does not work. The hosting admin told me the software company is trying to pass the buck for an incomplete software.

So thats where I am now. For software thats supposed to be so robust, they forgot one very important piece of information and that was to let potential buyers know you must be a php expert to use this software. One tech support person even suggested I hire a website programmer.

I have searched through all the FAQ and support docs I can find and they have no info on whats wrong and how to resolve it. I am sure I am not the first person to have this problem.

One will think they will have a solution in the database so they don't keep getting the questions over and over again.

I had the problem, mails to one provider comes back. But the error was fixed by ABK . But if you can't send any mail ? Shocked

I had asked them if it is possible in future versions use SMTP instead PHP mail. I would like them and i think much problems may be solved so.
but this can only abk decide. Smile

Now i trie to learn a little bit php. But ist not so simple i thought. Laughing
