Some of our servers are being changed to more powerful ones to provide the best video and flash performance possible, that is why if you will experience troubles with video converting or flash video chats please contact us in the Member's Area and we will provide a patch for you. You will just need to upload it to the server replacing the existing files.

As of right now, my video chat is still working fine. Does this mean I'm ok, or will I still need to request a patch? When will you be changing servers?

One of these days we are upgrading. As soon as you see something strange please apply to the ticket center and ask the patch. Also you can get it now and when it happens just upload it. Moreover you can just upload it now, the servers are just newer and faster, all you will get is some increase in performance.
