Hello,
This is a feature that many Online Dating Software has- Email notification to members that have received an email, a wink, or new matches. Some software's do have this feature WITHOUT having to pay extra for a programmer or an expert to do so. I hope that Abk-Soft implement this very soon! Kim

You get a mail if someone send you a mail or send winks to you. You must only enable it.

Yes, thats what I thought but I test the feature out by sending messages. No email notification. Where do you enable this? I thought this is set on their profile settings (user end) and/or Site options.
Am I doing something wrong

Kim, you can change this at the user profile, not at the admin section.
Please try this ...
Login in your dating site as user.
Account -> Settings
Under Personal settings, switch the first option(Date Newsletter - Get dating trends and the latest from Date with this weekly email.) from off to on. Now you should get mails.
Best regards from germany,

Yup, by default it is selected "on" for only newsletters. Not email notifications that you receive a message or a wink aka interest. I already test this function by messaging two members. No email notification received and the notification setting is "on"
I already submit a ticket to support so hopefully they can help me out.
Thank you
