Is the software open source? Can it be purchased that way so I can hire a programmer locally to make the daily updates to the site? When the license is purchased open source, can we remove any and all Able-soft logos?

Hi!
The software is open source. There are only several encrypted files, but they don't affect the modifications. You will be able to make your needed modifications and changes.
Besides of it the software is unbranded. You will be able to remove all the mentions of our company and the software name from your site.

Thank you. If I were to hire someone here in Scottsdale to make the required changes, how many years experience should I be looking for and what programming codes besides PHP and MYSQL should they be familiar with?
What would you consider a fair hourly rate for such a programmer? I do understand you get what you pay for...

Hi!
Your programmers should know PHP/MySQL on a professional level, 4 year experience at least.
We have a modifications department which charges per a customization, per a new feature. Such modifications cost from 50 to 200 USD per a modification, per a new feature.
