Yes I am wondering the same thing. My featured users do not change. Is it calculated by the vote option? How do I get the featured profiles to change?

Hi KellyR,
It is connected with profile views. The (1,2,3.... what you have entered in the field in Admin Control Panel  ) most viewed users are displayed on start screen.
