Hi,
I tested the site option which says "The user can change the language and the template at the top of page:" I activated this functionality in the admin panel, then went to the site as user and changed the template to New_age. But I decided I didn't want the user to change templates so I deactivated this functionality.
In the admin panel the current active template is Beachfront, however I can still see the New_age template whenever I view the site. No matter how often I refresh. Viewing the website form another browser does show the right template - Beachfront but from my browser it still shows new_age.
Can someone please tell me how to undo this? I'd be very grateful. It looks my browser/user is assigned to this template and no matter which template is set as active, viewing the site from my browser always defers to New_age even though I deactivated the option that user should be able to change template.
Thanks,
Kiven

It sounds like you need to clear your cashe out of your browser. If you have SET the active template in the CP it should be working properly, its your browser thats not working right

Yes the option to allow language/template change by a user is not quite the way it is supposed to be. I also disabled that option and edited the files so that users can change language only from the _header file.

Thanks...
Deleting the cache didn't solve the problem. I finally had to create a new and empty template and then switch to this empty template, then swicht back to my desired template.
Thanks,
