I was lookin for a more specific answer,
I have a forum (SMF) in a same site I have my Able Space and Both are in same database.
My question How can I acces the forum make it look like part of the Able space and same user for both.

You will need to integrate your forum software into the template of the site. You will need some PHP, MySQL and HTML knowledge for that. The whole procedure can't be described here.
