2) After purchasing the license Single License+Unique Design+3D City! 697 USD I wonder what to do for its unique design.
3) How long it takes.
4) Can you install the software on my server for free?
5) Can I install it on my local with wempserver for test development and on a public server with
a single license

Hello!
1. The software is open source. There are only several encrypted files,
but they don't affect the modifications. You will be able to make your
needed modifications and changes.
2. You'll just need to submit your wishes, ideas, sketches and examples regarding the design you'd like to have to our designers. They'll create a design for you and submit for your approval. If you like the created design, they'll install it on your site, if you dislike it, they'll change it until you like the outcome.
3. Unique Design takes 14-15 days. Your site will be using the default template until the unique design is ready.
4. Sure. A free installation is included in the price and will be done by one of our specialists.
5. Not a problem. We'll give you a license key for 'localhost' so you can install it on your local machine.
