I have been looking for dating software for a year now and I have narrowed it down to two. I love your program and I think with a few tweaks it will do the job for me. I am also excited about the features that you will be adding soon. One being private pictures and private videos.

I have googled your dating software for reviews and some where great and some not so great. I do understand that you will not please everyone.

But, it seems that most people are complaining about you lack of documentation and secondly the lack of support. Let me say I know that some of the posting may be from your competition but I also believe that some are legit.

We all understand that you guy are working hard to add new features and that time is limited but we also want to know that when we need support it will be there. Let me also say, when ever I have asked a question you guys have responded quickly and I thank you for that.

What assurance can you give me as a potential client that I will get the support that I need when I need it and that it will be a detailed answer and not one of those you can do it answers? Will you be adding additional support staff in the feature?

Also, will you be adding a forum question where actual client can give there honest praise and complaints and rate your software?

Please but please do not take this as an attack but I just want to know that if I purchase your software that I will continue to get what I am paying for.

Both issues have been worked upon, so now support is much better than it used to be a year ago. Moreover, if I look back we were horrible actually if speaking about support. We just did not have enough budget to hire more people. Now we have almost 30 full time specialists, so it is much easier.

As for docs we have almost finished docs for developers.



Let me say I know that some of the posting may be from your competition but I also believe that some are legit.

Sure, some are legit, even half year ago we did not have enough resources to give fast support. But now we have finance to hire more people in the support staff. You should understand that this business is a small one, very few people are interested in the software, it is not Windows that is needed by everyone Smile So we have some restrictions of budget.

Yes there is a member's area now where tech issues are dealt with.

We are creating such forum actually, not here, it will have another URL. By now we have reached a level where we are not very much afraid to listen to the truth.
