This message was sent to me by the ABK-Soft Technical Support Management asking me to sent in a ticket this info to get my software installed.Im not sure wher to get this from.He is asking for the fallowing info: FTP Link:Username:Password: cPanel Link:Username:Password: Where and what is (FTP LINK)? AND Password for (cPanel link)? Username/password for where I bought the domain? Or for abledating login?Or is their one that I need to get from my host?Im very new at these terms please specify.thanks

Dear sir. For that information you just have to contact your hosting provider, the company which you pay for your hosting account. Just ask them send you all the access information to your account and paste it into a ticket at our ticket center. That is all.
